Reading festival 2008 28th June

The Reading festival took place last Saturday as part of open day. The guest readers were all good sports as the readings began with one audience member and a supportive audience of celebrities which grew into a full house of mothers and babies at the end of the festival; who tramped into the theatre ready for the lower school head teachers speech in the middle of "Waiting for Godot." The readings were very special and done from the heart and deserved a good audience as they really made me want to spend my summer reading!
